Return and exchange policy
Our priority is customer satisfaction and our love for handmade products.
You have a 7-day cooling-off period after delivery to request a return of your product. You will then be refunded the full amount of your purchase, including shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the products received are incorrect or damaged.
You can return the package with a tracking number. After receives the package, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that your refund has been processed.
You will receive your refund within 7 days at the latest.
Note: All our rugs are handmade products and may have slight imperfections characteristic of working on a traditional loom. These small irregularities, which make them unique, attest to the authenticity and originality of our products.
